Thierry Maison is a French clarinettist.
From 1987 to 1989, he took Jacques Lancelot’s classes in Rouen and Paris. He won the gold medal for chamber music from the Conservatory of Toulon in 1991 and first prize in the Général Bellan competition at Paris in 1989.
He was a clarinettist with the crews of the Toulon Fleet from 1990 to 2010, and also played solo bass clarinet from 2002 to 2010.
He was awarded the clarinet prize at the Conservatory of Marseille in Claude Crousier’s class, as well as a gold medal for chamber music from the Conservatory of Toulon.
He teaches clarinet at Toulon’s CRR Conservatory and Luc Municipal College, as well as at various institutions in the Toulon area.
A solo clarinettist with the Harmonies d’Orphée chamber orchestra under the direction of Maximilian Fröschl and with the Toulon Var Instrumental Ensemble.
